Data controller

RD Maquinados, with address at Loma Gris 9824, Col. Colinas de la Mesa, 22126 Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations and other applicable rules.

Personal data we collect

We collect only the data you provide directly through the quote form, the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, company, email address, phone number and the technical information about your project, including any files or prints you choose to attach.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, we do not request financial or asset information through this site, and we do not knowingly obtain data from minors.

Purposes of processing

Primary purposes, necessary for our relationship with you: handling your quote request, preparing and sending technical and commercial proposals, following up on orders, issuing invoices, delivering the contracted services and maintaining operational communication about your projects.

Secondary purposes, which are not necessary and which you may object to at any time: sending you information about new shop capabilities, invitations to visit our facility and occasional commercial communications. Declining these does not affect the delivery of services.

Confidentiality of prints and projects

Drawings, models, specifications, volumes and other technical information you share with us are treated as confidential. They are not shared with third parties, not used as commercial examples and not published without your express written authorization.

When your company requires it, we sign the non-disclosure agreement you propose or, failing that, we make ours available to you.

Data transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We share only the strictly necessary information with suppliers involved in fulfilling your order — heat treatment, coating, transport and customs brokers — who are bound by the same confidentiality.

We may also transfer data when required by a competent authority acting within its powers, in the cases contemplated by Article 37 of the Law.

ARCO rights

You may access your personal data, rectify it when inaccurate, cancel it when you believe it is not required for any of the stated purposes, or object to its processing for specific purposes.

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to contacto@rdmaquinados.com stating your full name, a means of replying to you, documents proving your identity and a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise. We reply within a maximum of twenty business days.

Withdrawal of consent

You may withdraw the consent you gave us for the processing of your personal data at any time, through the same channel indicated for ARCO rights. Note that in certain cases withdrawal cannot be immediate if a legal obligation or an active contractual relationship requires the information to be retained.

Data retention

Contact details and technical files for quoted projects are retained while the commercial relationship exists and, afterwards, for the period required by applicable tax and commercial legislation. Once that period ends, the information is securely deleted.

Use of cookies

This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It may use technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function and, where applicable, aggregate anonymous traffic measurement. You can disable cookies from your browser settings.

Changes to this notice

Any modification to this privacy notice will be published on this same page, indicating the date of the last update. We suggest reviewing it periodically.
