CNC production in Tijuana: repeatable runs on lathes and machining centers
Once a part stops being a prototype and becomes monthly consumption, the challenge is no longer machining it — it is machining it the same way every time. That is what our CNC production cell exists for.
Production that does not depend on the operator
A part comes out right the first time almost by accident. Part number eight hundred comes out right because somebody locked the program, designed the workholding, defined the tooling and wrote the procedure down. That upfront work is charged once, and it is what drives your unit cost down as volume goes up.
We run CNC lathes with bar feed and vertical machining centers with automatic tool changers. For long runs we build the dedicated fixture in-house, which removes part-by-part setup time and eliminates the most common variable in production: whose hands loaded the machine.
Scheduled contracts instead of loose purchase orders
We handle monthly, quarterly and annual supply contracts. You define the consumption, we schedule the production and we deliver on the agreed dates without your purchasing team raising an order every time.
That means material allocated, machine capacity reserved and a price that does not move during the term of the contract. For a plant buying the same shaft every month, it is the difference between managing a supplier and forgetting about one.
Two countries, one supplier
We deliver across Mexico and ship into the United States. We are twenty minutes from the Otay Mesa port of entry, so a part leaving the shop at noon can be in a San Diego warehouse the same afternoon.
Several of our customers are Mexican plants whose parent company buys from the other side. We invoice, package and coordinate the crossing so the operation looks equally simple on both sides of the line.

Frequently asked questions about cnc production in Tijuana
There is no formal minimum, but the production model starts to make sense at around fifty parts per delivery. Below that it is better quoted as machining to print, which does not carry the cost of a dedicated fixture.
Yes, at no storage cost. The program, fixture and special tooling are tagged with your part number, so the second order reaches the machine far faster than the first.
On annual contracts, yes — barring an extraordinary move in raw material pricing, which is reviewed in writing and by mutual agreement. Labor and machine time stay fixed.
