Complete four-station die for a copper terminal. Wire-EDM cut die plates, ground and mounted in the die shoe. Delivered assembled and tried out with the first thousand pieces run on our press.

A run of H13 core pins holding diameter within 0.002 mm across the whole batch. Cylindrical grinding and final polish so the part releases from the mold without a witness mark.

Monthly supply contract for a filling line: turned, threaded and polished shafts with sanitary finish. Scheduled deliveries every four weeks with no purchase order in between.
