Unit and volume pricing
You see what one costs and what fifty or five hundred cost, so you size the lot with the number in front of you instead of guessing.
Send us your CNC machining RFQ. Upload your print in the form or email it: an engineer in our machine shop in Tijuana, Mexico reviews it, not a salesperson, and quotes go out within 24 business hours with the machining route, the proposed material, pricing and a real delivery date.
Send us the drawing in PDF, STEP, IGES or DXF. You get a technical proposal and pricing in under 24 business hours — and a free sample part when the project calls for it.
If a broken part has stopped a machine, call us. We hold lathe and mill capacity for emergencies, we machine one-off and prototype parts with no minimum order, and we have shipped replacement parts the same day.

If the print does not specify material, we propose one and explain why. If it does and there is a better or cheaper option that keeps the function, we say so.
Which machine performs which operation, and in what order. It lets your engineer check it against expectations and it justifies the price.
One date, not a range. Counted from order release, with finishing and heat treatment time already inside it.
The dimensions that add cost without adding value, the impossible radii and the tolerances worth opening up. You decide what changes.
You get an on-screen and email acknowledgement with the reference number for your request.
An engineer opens the file, checks tolerances and material, and notes anything worth adjusting.
You receive unit pricing, volume pricing, material and a committed delivery date.
On production projects we machine the first part at no charge so you can approve it before releasing the order.
